Yoga has been used for more than 3,000 years to help maintain and restore health. Most people associate yoga with exercise and many yoga classes focus on physical movement. But yoga is in many ways is the opposite of exercise, and some of the non-movement-oriented practices of yoga can have a profound effect on the physical body. We at ADVAMED Hospital provide a yoga session every second Sunday of the month for pregnant women.
This one-hour session provides a comprehensive detail of exercises a pregnant lady need. These sessions are partly individualized to suite the pregnancy duration. Every month there are changes in bodily needs as the baby grows every month we understand these changes and individualized the specific assistance with may be needed as pregnancy advances the Asanas which you may need in 4th month are not the same for those of 9th month.
One session every month direct your body in the right direction at the same time addressing your problem of backache, neck pain etc.
One session every month beginning from 4th to 9th month of pregnancy.
